Delete your account
You can ask for your account and the associated personal data to be deleted without going through the App Store.
How to delete the account
- Sign in at https://app.odolia.com, open the account settings and choose delete account.
- Or email contact@odolia.com from the account email address, with the subject “Delete my Odolia account”.
- This page stays available without signing in. No further step is required to send the request.
What is erased
The account, vehicles, photos, documents, fuel entries, maintenance, expenses, reminders and invited drivers linked to the account. Erasure is completed within 30 days. We confirm by email.
What may be kept
A record the law requires, for example a payment record, may be kept for as long as that duty lasts. Technical backups are then overwritten. Data kept for that reason is no longer used to run the service.
The subscription is not cancelled by itself
Deleting the account or the app does not stop Odolia Premium. Cancel the subscription in Apple ID or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period, otherwise the store may charge the renewal. Cancelling the subscription leaves the account in place: the two steps are separate.
