Terms of Use

The service

Odolia is used to track one or more vehicles: documents, fuel, maintenance, expenses, reminders and costs. You photograph a document, check the fields we propose, and confirm them.

The account

You sign up with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the account information. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

What you upload

You keep ownership of the photos, documents and data you add. You allow us to host them, show them in your account and extract the fields needed to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload those documents, including when they relate to a vehicle or a driver who is not you.

Free plan and Odolia Premium

• Free: 1 vehicle, 10 document reads per month, history and CSV export. No card, no time limit.
• Odolia Premium: up to 5 vehicles, 100 document reads per month for the account, PDF reports, advanced exports and the web version.
• The limits in force are those published on the Pricing page of odolia.com at the time you subscribe.

App Store and Google Play subscription

Odolia Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The reference price shown on odolia.com is $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year. The price charged is the price displayed by the App Store or Google Play in your country, including taxes, before you buy.

• Subscription name: Odolia Premium.
• Lengths: 1 month or 1 year.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• After purchase, you manage the subscription in your Apple ID account settings or in Google Play subscriptions.
• The Free plan is not a trial of Premium. If a free trial of Premium is offered, its length and the price afterwards are shown before you buy. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you subscribe.
• Deleting the app or the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancelling the subscription does not delete the account.

Invited drivers

You may invite a driver to record fuel and expenses. You remain responsible for the vehicles and the account settings. Invite a driver only if you are allowed to give them access to that information.

Acceptable use

You will not use Odolia to upload unlawful content, take over an account, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access. We may suspend an account in case of abuse, and we will tell you when we can.

Availability and document reading

Automatic reading proposes fields: you check them before confirming. Odolia does not guarantee error-free recognition, or that a reminder will arrive on time if the device or the network cannot deliver it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time, from the account settings at https://app.odolia.com or by emailing contact@odolia.com. The steps are described at https://odolia.com/en/account-deletion/.

Liability

Odolia is a tracking tool. It does not replace a legal duty (inspection, insurance, tax disc, filing). To the extent allowed by the law of your country, Odolia is not liable for indirect damage related to use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in your country of residence when you act as a consumer. We first look for an amicable solution: contact@odolia.com.
